  • 10 hours of Proxmox VE Support
  • Languages: Italian, English and French
  • Via telephone, email, webmeeting. The technician will not be able to connect directly and/or modify configurations on the machines.
  •  Starting from 5 working days for non-urgent consultations
  • Emergencies: to be agreed for other needs. Contact us before ordering.

Our main priority is the security and stability of Customer's computing resources, and we may avoid direct connection if we detect a significant risk.


Furthermore, we would like to underline that our technical support with connection and modification of configurations exclusively concerns the servers provided by Miniserver. Please understand that these limitations are implemented to ensure a safe and stable environment for both you and us.


In the event that we encounter high risk conditions or if the servers are not provided by Miniserver, we nevertheless undertake to provide advice and assistance to the extent possible, through alternative means that do not involve direct connection to the servers.


We remain at your disposal to answer any questions you may have regarding these limitations or our technical support in general via the contact form.


Please understand and accept that the responsibility for making backup copies of data and configurations lies entirely with the Customer. These backup copies are valuable insurance in case of unexpected incidents, malfunctions or other events that could compromise the integrity or access to your data and settings during technical interventions.


While our technical support may include advice and assistance in managing backups, we cannot guarantee the completeness, currency, or effectiveness of such backup copies. Furthermore, under no circumstances will we be liable for loss of data or configuration due to the absence of adequate backup copies.


We strongly encourage you to establish and follow a regular backup strategy that includes both data and critical configurations of your systems. This step is critical for security and business continuity, minimizing the risks of data loss and unexpected interruptions.
