Warranty Duration:
Our standard warranty ranges from 3 years to 5 years. It can be extended up to a maximum of 10 years.

Proxmox Warranty Plus Terms
The Plus Warranty service offered by Atlante Informatica Srl includes the following key elements, outlining a comprehensive and targeted assistance framework:
Unlimited Hardware Support: During the contract period, we offer an unlimited number of interventions to resolve hardware failures, ensuring the maximum operability of your Proxmox system.
Fault Diagnosis and Restoration: Our team will identify and diagnose the fault, followed by the restoration of the hardware functionality of your system.
Full Coverage: The warranty covers the costs of labor, travel, and transportation (where applicable according to the chosen warranty level), system backup batteries, as well as essential spare parts for the operation of your Proxmox hardware system.
Necessary Updates: The warranty includes the provision of firmware and microcode updates required solely to restore the hardware functionality of the devices.
Specific Conditions for Full System Restoration:
To take advantage of the complete operational restoration offered by the Plus Warranty, it is essential that the Proxmox system undergoes regular updates. The coverage applies only if the system is updated to the latest major release officially released by Proxmox. This ensures that the system is maintained according to the recommended standards and that its performance is optimized.
Exclusions from Coverage:
The warranty does not cover failures caused by natural disasters, negligence, vandalism, electrical system defects, viruses, malware, unauthorized updates or repairs by Atlante Informatica, as well as accessories and consumables. Additionally, data recovery and software not installed by Atlante Informatica Srl are not included in the coverage. Furthermore, if the customer installs software not authorized by Atlante Informatica or alters the basic configuration of the Proxmox system in a way that compromises its stability, the coverage for the entire system is completely void.
Customer Obligations:
To ensure the validity of the warranty, the customer must ensure that the equipment is operational, provide missing serial numbers, and adhere to payment terms. The customer is also responsible for ensuring the safety of the intervention site and informing Atlante Informatica personnel of any potential hazards.
